some kind of foe-a giant persay-we may be able to. I wouldn't
expect the rules to change without warning. Plus, strength can

"We're not testing to become soldiers," Yeza says with a shrug.
"If there's a battle challenge, it'll probably be the last one."
The brothers approach the initiates at this point, each carrying
what looks like the bottom half of an oak tree. They set these
down in front of the students and the ground trembles.
"You have thirty minutes to chop these stumps into fifty pieces
each," Eisen says, tossing them each an axe. "Your time starts
now."

Darius grins, cracking his knuckles "Well either way. We got
this." He grabs his axe and gets splitting.

Darius would finish in about 7 minutes and find Yeza having
employed the same strategy.
Zeke on the other hand looks to be struggling as he is
attempting to cut the pieces evenly.

Darius would take up his axe and head over to Zeke, beginning to
cut smaller pieces from the pieces Zeke had already cut. "Take a
second Zeke, think." He offers between chops.

Zeke stops for a second, panting heavily, and looks at the
others. "Oh... Strength of mind still counts I guess..." he says
with a laugh. After a few more moments, all three are done with
time to spare.
"You would be surprised how many fail this challenge by thinking
inside the box," Lazarus says with a smirk. "Take time to
recover. The last test is the most difficult."

Darius laughs, and falls back to sit on his butt. "I'm the
suckiest of all my siblings. So I figure, either I'll suck here
too and have to work my ass off to get anywhere in life...or
I'll work my ass off here and stop sucking so much. Either way,
I have a plan and I know I'll make it somewhere."

For a brief second it looks like a smile invades Yeza's face,
but it quickly disappears.
"Well if you're making it somewhere, then you're making it out
alive, and that means we probably are too," Zeke says with a
grin.
The three monks could be heard chanting as the group talks.
Eisen seems to be making a salt circle centered on the fire pit
while Nico paints lines in the snow and Lazarus sprinkles some
strange dust into the flames.
