High Voltage 2014 Prediction Contest

I will be doing this for every PPV this year, and adding the
total scores up for an end of year total to see who wins on
aggregate. Below is the card, bold who you think will win and
put underneath by what method (DQ, Countout, Pin, Submission)
Five points for guessing the winner, three points for stating
the correct method of victory (Not including the First Blood
match) and then two points per bonus question apart from the
final one. (Pre-Show matches DO count as options for the bonus
questions)

Ziggler hasn't been pinned/submitted on PPV since 1st January

I say this will not only be the longest match of the night but
its my dark horse for match of the night. The Un-Americans are
a better team, and that is why they will win.

The Beautiful People's run will come to a beautiful end. I've
loved watching this whole thing come along and it all played out
