Nobody is to big for the WWE. NOT Daniel Bryan, not CM Punk,
not even John Cena. WWE is on a whole different level from TNA.

WWE Live Event Results:
Standard Match
Doplh Ziggler vs Damien Sandow
Winner: Ziggler with a ZigZag.
Item of note: Sandow has short hair,..
Standard Match
Alexander Rusev vs Zach Ryder
Winner: Alexander Rusev via whatever his finisher is.
Items of note: Rusev wrestles barefoot. Also of note, Zach Ryder
still works for WWE. This match actually had the WWE Universe
chanting for Ryder..
Standrad Match Diva's title
AJ Lee w/ Tamina vs Natalia
AJ took the mic and declared the match was not in fact for the
title.
Winner: Natalia via Sharp shooter.
Item of note, there was a douche bag not far from my seat that
wouldn't quit cat calling the divas.
Dance Off
Jinder Mahal vs Xavier Woods W/ R-Truth
Winner Xavier Woods as voted by the WWE universe. Which led
to...
Standard Match
Jinder Mahal vs R-Truth
Winner: R-Truth Via whatever his finisher is called.
Nothing really of note here except we were bored by this match.
Six Man Tag Team Match
Usos with Sheamus vs Wyatt Family.
Winner: Sheamus and Usos via Brogue Kick.
Intermission
Tag match
Big Show and Kofi Kingston vs Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins w/
Dean Ambrose)
Winners: Show and Kofi via Choke Slam
Ambrose got involved and this caused them to argue with each
other in the ring until the Wyatts came out and attacked. Shield
came out on top of that one.
Main Event
Steel Cage Match
Daniel Bryan vs Kane.
Winner: Daniel Bryan via knee to Kane's face.
Notes: Kane left his wife beater in the back and was wearing
elbow pads this time, but with his dress shoes and pants. Also,
it appeard that Kane tweaked his ankle jumping from the second
rope and landing on his feet.
There was one little kid that was behind me that was screaming
as loud as he could: "Get him Kane! Beat him Kane! " Also when
we chanted yes, (The yes movement is alive in Iowa) he chanted
now.
As for merch. Cena's stuff sold best. I got a n old school
maroon Yes shirt. I did notice they had Yes fingers though.
They did have Best in the World CM Punk shirts on sale and he
was still in the programs and what not which I found
interesting...

Guys, in about 5-6 hours, I will be attending my first ever
wrestling show, a WWE live event in my hometown's arena. They
haven't come here for the last nine years so it's going to be
very fun. I will give you a recap tomorrow when I'll have the
time.
I'm so excited!!!

OOC: Sixx and Judge sorry for the double post.
Just left the arena where I saw WWE live and It was pretty good.
I am going to do a quick recap of this show for you HCW
players..
1) We started with R-Truth vs Miz. The What's Up! chant was over
in Quebec City. Fun way to start the show. Damien Mizdow was
there too. He was pretty funny. Cool opener to start things up.
R-Truth won with the Lie Detector.
2) Sandow issued an open challenge to someone, who ended up
being the Great Khali, who got a good pop. He's quite the
massive dude live let me tell ya. Khali won in a quick squash
with the chop. It was what it was.
3) Business picked up... NXT action... Of course, we had some
Adrian Neville vs Sami Zayn for the NXT Title. Sami Xayn was
without any question the most over superstar of the entire
night. Well... he does come from Montreal, not too far from
where I live so it was without question the biggest pop of the
night.
Where I was sitting, there was a guy rocking the El Generico
mask. The Ole chants were pretty loud. And as you can expect
from these two men, they brought easily the best match of the
night. Hands Down. These two have a pretty good chemistry inside
the ring. Neville won with his breathtaking Red Arrow. The fans
gave a good reaction to Xayn even in the loss.
4) We then got some Divas tag team action as Cameron and Layla
faced Naomi and Natalya. Of course, Nattie being the Canadian,
she had by far the best crowd reaction. They gave them some time
which is great. Match was good for what you expect out of them.
The faces won when they applied simultaneous Sharpshooters to
the heels.
5) We got a tag team title match with the Dust brothers facing
the Usos. Crowd was kinda divided as both teams were over with
the fans. Good little match that saw the Dust brothers pull of
the win with Dark Matter on one of the Usos. They ended up
superkicking both of them to pose for the fans after the match.
We then got to an intermission.
6) Back from the break, we had Justin Gabriel running his mouth
on us Canadians. He got interrupted by the Exotic Express and
Adam Rose. His theme song is over... The guy... meh. Easily the
worst match of the night as they had some botches and the
chemistry was meh.
7) Rusev got a good reaction. Some cheered him, most booed him.
Lana is indeed gorgeous live. She told us that we Canadians are
even weaker than the americans, which got some heat. Then came
Mark Henry to a good pop. He talked that he was not only
fighting for America... but for North America. He then got a
cheap pop by saying Quebec. Match was what you can expect from
these two. Rusev got DQ after hitting Henry with a chair. He got
a WSS for his troubles though.
8) Finally we got the main event. Orton/Kane vs Ambrose/Ziggler
in a tag team street fight. Match was okay although I did expect
slightly better. Outside of Kane, the other three were over with
the crowd. Orton just has it... His mimics, his demeanour... He
knows how to control a crowd. Ambrose was taken out for several
minutes, which allowed the heels to work on Ziggler. When
Ambrose came back, it meant the end. That sweet double underhook
ddt to Kane ended the match to a good pop.
So, it was a great experience for a first ever wrestling show.
As for the attendance, I dunno. Probably in between 2500-3000 as
I expected. But it was still a great show for what it is. I am
glad to say that I have bought a beautiful Daniel Bryan t-shirt
( Sorry, Sam...) and an official program. I have posted several
pictures of the show in my facebook account. The night cost me
probably 150 bucks but for the experience... Money well spent.
