Can you really say that the Miz isn't one of the top heels in
the WWE though? Even with his losing streak, it doesn't matter,
he always finds ways to stay relevant, so he is in no way
undeserving of that push. You can't keep Miz down, not even by
forcing him to job to everybody on the roster.

Miz is one of the top heels in the company. Partially because of
how hard he works, partially because he's actually decent on the
mic. However, the biggest reason for Miz being one of the top
heels is that all of the others are gone.
Let's look at some other top heels recently.
Randy Orton - Turned Face
CM Punk - Turned Face
HHH - Turned Face
Christian - Turned Face
Sheamus - Turned Face
Mark Henry - Injured
ADR - Injured
Barrett - Injured.
Big Show - heh.
Ziggler - Far superior to the miz in every way, except that he
never got the big push.
The Miz is a top heel in the WWE simply through process of
elimination.

1. ADR is nowhere near Miz's level. I cannot stand him
whatsoever.
2. Hunter turned far before Miz was even relevant and same with
Orton is some regards.
3. Miz has stronger victories over Christian, Barrett, Sheamus,
and Ziggler (which you noted)
4. Big Show is a good giant but he's so back and forth its like,
why should I even bother caring? 5. Henry was a good heel but
at the time of Miz's run at the time as Henry's face run (I
could easily be wrong I'm a little stoned)
6. Punk always seemed to play second fiddle heel on Smackdown
and Raw despite being the more talented, as to where when Miz
was main eventing Raw, he was ACTUALLY main eventing it, with
the headliners Orton and Cena.
Sorry for the number order, just not sober enough to actually
make it all into one paragraph

I never said these people deserved to be the top heels, just
that they were. All I'm saying is that Miz rose to the top
purely because there was no one else up there.

The WWE can push anybody to the top of the card, its not that
hard, Miz was just had the most momentum and it helped his push
that he kept loads of heat.

Meh, I figure Ziggler's career will follow that of the man he
was a Copy-Pasta of. A career of nothing but MotN's, big moments
and legendary feuds but no Big Gold Belt to seal the deal.
