Hurricane problem

Due to the hurricane I have no Internet and therefore can't play
for a while until my electricity comes back. I would still like
to try out with different teams, however if I don't have
electricity whn the season starts (idk when that is) I will sign
with a team before then. :| stupid hurricane

I have internet, but my download speed for some reason has
dropped from 5 MB/s to .3 MB/s. I believe this is because my ISP
routes through NYC and everything is flooded there :L

I thought the player choose the squad? If not let me know, need
to know how free agents are signed. Is it first come first
serve, who ever offers them to squad, cuz i planned to scout
flareon the night that the squirtles offered him contract, and
since he obv just said he didnt agree to sign with them, you
must have automatically put him on there roster. So please
inform me on how free agents are signed because im really
confused right now.

Yeah exactly my intentions were to play with blockade and then
play with the squirtle squad and decide which team I liked
better :| which is why I'm bitching about it I didn't even get
to choose which team :|| and also it's an "offer" :/ which
should mean I have to agree?

Well he actually said he would try playing games with them to
see if they have any chemistry which isn't accepting the offer.
Like in sports u can have a practice with the team before
agreeing to sign.
