Player Conduct Policy (PCP)

PLAYER CONDUCT POLICY:
1. IN GAME
1.1 MACROS
1.1.1 A player may not use a macro.
1.1.1.1 Players found to be using macros will be suspended by a
minimum of 2 weeks.
1.2 MULTIS
1.2.1 A player may not have a multi.
1.2.1.1 Any player found to have multiple accounts will be
banned for a minimum of 1 season.
1.3 MERCS (playing for a team that is you are not on)
1.3.1 A player cannot merc.
1.3.1.1 Any player that is found to be mercing will suffer a
suspension of at least 2 weeks
1.4 THE CHAT BOX
1.4.1 A player may not spam.
1.4.1.1 Should a player be considered to be spamming during a
game, he will suffer a suspension of minimum 2 games.
1.4.2 No player may abuse another player via the chat box. Any
player found to be doing so will face disciplinary action as
determined by the League Commissioner
1.5 KICKING/BANNING
1.5.1 No player or GM can kick or ban another player in the game
room
1.5.2 EXCEPTION: If a player is not on either team playing and
is not a Host, Streamer or Official, he shall be kicked from the
game room
1.5.3 Any GM that bans a player on a team currently playing in
that game room will be suspended a minimum of 1 week
1.6 LAG
1.6.1 No player can deliberately lag a room.
1.6.2 No player can DDOS a room
1.6.3 Any matches interrupted by lag or by a DDOS shall have the
game room re-hosted and the half that was currently being played
shall be replayed
1.6.3.1 Any half to be replayed due to lag must be the cause of
EVERY PERSON IN THE ROOM having a ping greater than 500
1.7 RAGEQUITTING
1.7.1 No player may ragequit a game.
1.7.1.1 Any player who leaves the game room while playing is
immediately considered to be ragequitting.
1.7.1.2 After leaving a room for whatever reason, a player has
30 SECONDS to rejoin.
1.7.1.2.1 Should he fail to do so, his team must play 2v3 for
the rest of the half AND the player who left will face
disciplinary action unless he has a valid reason for leaving.
1.7.2 Players are expected to act in ways that are respectful
towards all players in the room including but not limited to the
Host, the Official, the Home team and the Away team.
1.7.2.1 Players deemed to be acting in an inappropriate or
disrespectful manner will face supplementary discipline as
determined by the General Managers and the League Commissioner.
1.8 CODEWORDS
1.8.1 Before starting a game, the Official will ask for the
Codeword of every playing player.
1.8.2 New Codewords will be issued to played who gave their
codewords to the Official
1.8.3 Failure to say the correct codeword will result in
ineligibility to play
1.8.4 A player must use the codeword sent to them by the
Codeword Managers.
1.8.4.1 A player who attempts to use a Codeword from another
league (i.e. SPHB) shall be suspended by a minumum of 1 week.
1.9 TIMING
1.9.1 Players must show up NO LATER than 15 minutes after the
scheduled start of a game
1.9.1.1 Every night there shall be 2 game rooms
1.9.1.1.1 Every game room shall host 2 games
1.9.1.1.1.1 Games shall begin at 7:30 and 8:00
1.9.2 Game times will be posted at least 12 hours before the
game is played
1.9.3 If a player wishes a game be played later, he must place a
formal request to postpone a game to:
1.9.3.1 His GM
1.9.3.2 The opponent's GM
1.9.3.3 The League Commissioner
1.9.3.4 The Director of Operations
2. ON THE FORUM
2.1 XAT
2.1.1 No player can spam the XAT. Should a player be spamming,
he will be kicked or banned on XAT
2.1.2 No player can abuse another player through XAT. Any player
thought to be abusing another player will be banned from XAT and
may face disciplinary action as determined by the League
Commissioner
2.2 PM
2.2.1 No player may abuse another player through PMs. Any PMs
that are found offensive or abusive should be forwarded to the
League Commissioner, who will make a ruling. Disciplinary action
will follow as decided by the League Commissioner.
2.3 ANNOUNCEMENTS
2.3.1 All important announcements shall be displayed on top of
the page
2.3.2 No player may spread false rumors/speculations about a
change occurring/an announcement.
2.3.2.1 If a player is found to be spreading rumors, he will be
suspended by a minimum of 1 week.
2.4 RETIRING / HALL OF FAME
2.4.1 If a player wants to retire and leave HCD, he must place a
formal retiring topic in the Retired Players board.
2.4.2 Outstanding people in HCD who have been Retired for at
least 2 seasons is eligible for induction to the HCD Hall of
Fame.
2.4.2.1 Hall of Fame inductees will be voted in by the General
Managers.
2.5 SUSPENSIONS / BANISHMENTS
2.5.1 General Managers shall vote on Suspensions or Banishments
in the General Managers Private Forum.
2.5.2 If a GM suspects a violation of any rule, he is to post
the suspected violation and the suspected violator in the GM
forum, with a poll asking whether the player should be banned
2.5.2.1 A 75% majority vote is required for a ban (minimum ban =
1 full season)
2.5.2.2 A 50% vote is required for a suspension.
2.5.3 The length of the suspension or banishment shall be
determined by the HCD League Commissioner.
3. LEAGUE STRUCTURE
3.1 NEW TEAM APPLICATIONS
3.1.1 Players making new teams are to respect the 16 team
maximum per Division restriction.
3.1.1.1 Requests for teams to be made in full divisions will be
ignored.
3.1.2 Players making new teams are to respect the 4 team minimum
per Division restriction.
3.1.2.1 Requests for new divisions to be made with less than 4
teams will be ignored.
3.2 TEAM NAME CHANGES
3.2.1 All team name and color changes must be approved by the
League Commissioner of the Division that the team is in.
3.2.2 Teams can only submit name and color changes during the
off-season.
3.2.3 Approved changed will be effective immediately.

i was talking more about people who just spam messages of
nothing (blank messages)
Hula parties, Chew parties, etc are allowed
just so long as u dont spam messages that are blank or have like
a dot in them or something to that effect.
