       either way, we are splitting into Division 3A and Division 3B
       (top 4 teams go in 3A, bottom 4 in 3B)
       My goal is to have at least 12 teams for season 3, with 6 in
       each division

       ok, now I think it's fair.  I thought there were only 4 rounds.
       So now that I see that last place gets 1st in 3 of the 5 rounds,
       I think It's fair.
       If you understood how it will be done before this post but not
       after, plz just ignore this. (lel)
