GM Impeachment to Vipurness

Effective immediately, the General Manager of the United Talent,
Vipurness, has been removed of his position.
This is due to his team forfeiting 3 matches in a row due to
attendance problems. As well, Vipurness has not been active or
making any effort to have his players show up.
DavideSanton is the new GM and may name an AGM.
If DavideSanton is not active within 24 hours and does not
explain himself at the GM meeting, he too will be impeached and
blockade shall be interim GM until an active GM can be found.
This decision is irreversible and irrefutable.
