comish. This means that LoF is in charge of everything and can
overturn alexa's call.

look, you have the #1 waiver spot
go into pubs, get a good player with solid attendance to join
the league, and place your waiver
i cant give you this player because
a) alexa did not make her call clear (she would have had to post
in this thread)
b) you made your claim on the player too late to be comsidered
oh, and tbh you can also call up from your div b affiliate (not
that i have extra players, its rare that more than 4 ppl show)

hmmm ... alexa, its ur division so its ur call and i trust that
you will do what is in the league's best interest
i would stick to the rulebook and give him to DR, but you can
put him on UT if you really want to

o wait - it seems i forgot my own rules :/
he goes to UT as their claim WAS legal, teams have 24 hours to
make claims after the 1st claim is placed, not 12
12 hours is the minimum waiting time for a player before
selecting a team
