An Apology from the League Commissioner towards the last couple
weeks

Sorry ive been acting so autistic for the last 2 weeks - i was
trying to reduce the autism in the league but only added to it.
Therefore i have decided to nullify all current suspensions and
bans (yes, even that of spart) and i will put into effect some
policies towards suspensions / bans
Starting next week, GM Meetings shall be held on MONDAYS at 6:30
PM SHARP - ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN
If a Chairman / GM / AGM fails to attend 3 meetings during the
course of the season, he or she shall be impeached.
HERE IS HOW THE GM MEETINGS SHALL WORK TOWARDS FIXING THIS
LEAGUES PROBLEMS:
1) New Suggested Rules shall be discussed and voted upon
2) Any players violating rules shall be brought up by the
Officials (all of whom are admins and are expected to attend the
meetings) and a consensus on disciplinary action shall be
reached
3) League problems shall be addressed in order to prevent things
like what happened the last 2 weeks.
From now on, here are some changed rules:
Match Reports can be submitted as late as monday at 11:59 PM OR
the home GM can send me the replay and i will do the MR
Teams are allowed ONE mid-game sub as long as they go by the
following rules:
The GM / AGM shall pause the game and announce the sub.
The game must be paused when the last 2 digits on the clock are
:00 or :30 (with a 2-second leeway) (just to make stats
possible)
The substitution can only occur if that team has possession or
the ball is in the offensive zone
Also, as far as yellow and red cards go, there will be a few
changes made:
1 YELLOW CARD = 1 POINT DEDUCTION
1 RED CARD = 2 POINT DEDUCTION
Yellow and Red Cards will only be given for late MRs and other
stupid stuff - note that a forfeit does not give a yellow card -
but multiple forfeits shall make me more likely to penalize the
team
ALL TEAMS SHALL HAVE ALL THEIR YELLOW AND RED CARDS REMOVED, AS
MOST OF THEM WERE ME JUST BEING AUTISTIC
Also, I will not suspend a player for ragequitting once or
twice, but i will suspend them if they ragequit often as that
removes from the game.
Hopefully these changes will allow the league to calm down and
become less autistic.
Most of this recent autism is my fault, and for that i
apologize.
On another note, I will be hiring some more HCD Staff members to
help edit the team pages and the stats, as we are quite
understaffed.

If you dont know but want to learn you can apply too! They are
quite simple and easy to learn.

I'm agm of sphb and I actually have to start doing shit then so
I can be available for my team, being at one of these autistic
meetings is a waste of time.
only call for a GM meeting if it is actually needed
