they didnt take too long, i just placed a waiver because it was
the same day
Golden Eagles got penalized for an illegal waiver placement and
got put down to #10 - good catch alexa, although i doubt it was
because you read the rulebook, you were just lazy .... a happy
accident (smirk)

What the fuk? JJ should either be on DR or Eagles (who had first
waiver claimed, dunno why they'd have to retract it but w/e I
placed waiver so they'd get em anyways...)

Final decision is detroit signs JJ
no rule says that u have to have the waiver up for 48 hours
it says 48 HOURS FOR DIVISION A TO SIGN
undr did sign between 48 hours so its acceptable right?
and if not then GTA had a higher waiver than cyclones so they
still get him

eagles lost their waiver because they placed it illegally and
alexa moved them to #10
on the next waiver run the cyclones had the highest order waiver
placed (CC had #7 and DR had #8)

48 hours DURING WHICH only division a can place a waiver - that
DOES NOT change the time for which the waivers are run...
if you screwed up and did not mean to leave GE and #10, then put
CC back at #7 and give JJ to eagles - but its between eagles and
cyclones, recession have no claim towards JJ
