YES IT IS - WAIVERS ONLY RUN AT MIDNIGHT - A PLAYER MUST GO
THROUGH 5 WAIVERS BEFORE BECOMING A FREE AGENT
ONCE HE BECOMES A FREE AGENT, OTHER TEAMS HAVE 12 HOURS TO PLACE
CLAIMS AFTER THE 1ST TEAM PLACES A CLAIM - THEN THE PLAYER
CHOOSES HIS TEAM.
ALSO, THE WAIVER THREAD WAS MADE LATER THAN 6:00 PM, SO THE
FIRST WAIVER RUN ON JJ IS TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT.

GOLDEN EAGLES PLACED A WAIVER ON HIM THROUGH PM TO THE BOT ITS
BEEN MORE THAN 12 HOURS ITS BEEN 24 HOURS SO ITS A ACCEPTABLE

GOLDEN EAGLES WERE NOT ALLOWED TO PLACE A WAIVER AT THE TIME OF
THE PM AS 48 HOURS HAD NOT YET PASSED FROM THE TIME THE FA

detroit could not have signed him, his waiver only runs tonight
at midnight and they only placed their waiver today
