yes they can just the div a gm also gets a 6th round pick from
the div b team

since when.. last i heard that the players in div b trade with
div b and players in div a trade in div a
If a player wants to be traded in Div A and hes in Div B, the GM
from Div B moves him up to div A and then they can trade..

uhhh, no
div b CANNOT trade with div a
a div a team gets a 6th round pick (1st round div b) if they
were a div b that got promoted but received a div b 1st round
pick while in div b, which turns into a 6th round pick
p much the divisions have SEPARATE trading and separate drafts,
but because we are autistic, we attach the drafts and call div b
1st the 6th round, 2nd to 7th, etc
IN SHORT: NO TRADE

wtf? this should be sorted out long before now...
look at DR's other trade with PP...we'd still have sona.. :|

didnt even know u traded
k from now on, div b cannot trade with div a (just trade through
affiliates IMO, send the players down then trade)
so DR gets SS 4th, which will turn into a 9th unless SS win
playoffs in which case it is a 4th
