       BLOCKING OUTSIDE THE BOX RESULTS IN A FREE KICK
       BLOCKING INSIDE THE BOX RESULTS IN A PENALTY
       FREE KICKS AND PENALTIES ARE TAKEN AFTER THE HALF ENDS
       okay, im an avid soccer fan, so im in, ill also be a captain if
       you'd like, a know about soccer lol.
       Anyway, those rules above,
       1) WHAT IS CONSIDERED BLOCKING?
       2) Taken after the half ends? wtf? Do you mean like on a penalty
       map?
       3) As captain, i have to communicate with the ref as well,
       (well, a good captain does), so if i ask something, please do
       not consider it as complaining.
