Real Soccer Cup Signups + Rules

Games are to be played 6v6, on the UEFA Real Soccer Map [with
offside lines]
Offsides are IN EFFECT.
A player is considered to be offside when his entire circle is
past the offside line when a pass is made
Yellow/Red Cards are in effect
A player gets a yellow/red card by complaining to the ref, not
following rules, etc
EACH GAME IS 2 10 MINUTE HALVES + INJURY TIME
INJURY TIME CAN BE UP TO 3 MINUTES
MINIMUM 1ST HALF INJURY TIME: 30 SECONDS
MINIMUM 2ND HALF INJURY TIME: 1 MIN 30 SECONDS
when the times reaches 10:00, the Ref shall pause the game and
announce the amount of injury time to be played.
half or full time cannot be called while a team may be able to
score and are in the offensive zone (i.e. corner, possession in
the box, etc)
NO PLAYER IS ALLOWED TO BLOCK ANOTHER PLAYER
BLOCKING OUTSIDE THE BOX RESULTS IN A FREE KICK
BLOCKING INSIDE THE BOX RESULTS IN A PENALTY
FREE KICKS AND PENALTIES ARE TAKEN AFTER THE HALF ENDS
EACH SERIES IS A 2-LEG SERIES [approx 50 mins]
THERE WILL BE 4 TEAMS - EACH TEAM CAN HAVE UP TO 8 PLAYERS
TEAMS MAY SUB AT ANY TIME
When a team has possession, the Captain may pause the game and
announce his team's substitution. Each team may sub TWICE per
game. Once the Captain pauses the game, he shall announce the
player to come off and the player to come on.
The substitutes shall remain by the center line but off the
field.
WHICHEVER TEAM SCORED MORE GOALS IN THE 2-LEG SERIES WINS THE
SERIES
THERE IS NO 3RD PLACE MATCH
IF THE SCORING IS TIED, WHICHEVER TEAM SCORED MORE AWAY GOALS
WINS (HOME/AWAY ANNOUNCED BEFORE GAME STARTS)
IF EACH TEAM SCORES AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF AWAY GOALS, THEN WE HAVE
EXTRA TIME:
EXTRA TIME IS 2 3 MINUTE HALVES WITH UP TO 2 MINUTES OF INJURY
TIME
MINIMUM INJURY 1ST HALF TIME: 30 SECONDS
MINIMUM SECOND HALF INJURY TIME: 1 MINUTE
IF IT IS STILL TIED WE GO TO PENALTIES
THERE ARE 5 ROUNDS, MOST GOALS WINS
IF TIED WE GO TO SUDDEN DEATH 1 ROUND PENALTIES
SPACE IS LIMITED - THERE ARE ONLY 32 19 SPOTS REMAINING

LoF, these rules are honestly crap, let me run this, I actually
have experience running RS, plus I don't try to enforce BS rules
that take away from the fun of the game

oh 1 more thing, manditory injury time is bullshit, if there are
significant stopages, that's one thing, but you don't add extra
time just for the sake of giving extra time

there will almost certainly be significant stoppages between
corners, goal kicks, throw ins and general autism.
