       9. Waivers / Free Agency

       1. Waivers
       1.1 A player is only considered to be in Waivers once he has
       posted in the Waiver board.
       1.2 Once a thread is made, only Division A teams can place a
       claim for the player's first waiver run.
       1.3 If no division a team places a claim before the first waiver
       is run on the player, any team may place a waiver.
       1.4 Once a player has gone through 3 Waiver Runs, he is put into
       Free Agency.
       1.5 Waivers are run every day at Midnight
       1.6 If multiple teams have a Waiver placed on a player, the team
       with the higher waiver gets the player
       1.7 Once a team obtains a player through waivers, their waiver
       position is put at the bottom
       1.8 To place a Waiver, the Owner, GM or AGM of a team must
       replay to the Waiver thread saying "Waiver Placed"
       1.9 All Waiver threads must be made before 9:00 PM to be
       considered legal
       1.10 If a Waiver thread is made after 9:00 PM, waivers will not
       be run on the player that night
       1.11 A team can place, and therefore can sign, up to 3 Waivers a
       day
       1.12 Waivers placed CANNOT be removed
       1.13 All Illegal Signings of players will result in a Yellow
       Card for the team, as well as the team's Waiver spot being moved
       to #10. As well, the signing will not count.
       1.14 If multiple teams sign players in the same Waiver run, the
       team with the higher waiver position will have the higher
       position of the teams who signed players.
       2. Free Agency
       2.1 A player is moved into Free Agency once he has passed
       through 3 Waivers without a waiver being placed
       2.2 Players in Free Agency can be signed by any team, at any
       time without penalty to their waiver position
       2.3 To place a claim on a Free Agent, the Owner, GM or AGM must
       replay to the FA thread saying "Claim made"
       2.4 Once a team makes a claim, other teams have 24 hours to make
       claims
       2.4.1 Claims placed after 24 hours have passed since the first
       claim will be rejected
       2.5 After 12 hours, the player can choose his team or wait until
       the full 24 hours are up to select a team
       2.5.1 If a team places a claim after 12 hours, it shall be valid
       unless the player chooses a team before the claim is made
       2.6 The player chooses by replying "I select to join [TEAM
       NAME]"
       2.7 All Illegal Signings of players will result in a Yellow Card
       for the team, as well as the team's Waiver spot being moved to
       #10. As well, the signing will not count.
