What is promotion / relegation?

At the end of each Season, a certain amount of teams get
promoted or relegated based on the size of the Division.
1, 2, or 3 teams can be promoted / relegated from each division
(total 2, 4, or 6 - same number get promoted and relegated)

i dont think it was really
it may have been me in trying to make Match Reports having to be
approved and accidentally removing all posting rights without
approval on all boards ... not quite sure though as i couldnt
seem to find that control page again, i just edited the
permissions the long and annoying af way
