Season 3 Match Reports

Here is how the Season 3 Match Reports will work:
The Home Team GM or Owner (9/10 teams same person) writes the
Match Report according to the template (use previous Match
Reports as an example)
The Match Report must be approved by a member of HCD Staff
before it is posted.
If a General Manager or the Game Official feels that a Yellow or
Red Card should be awarded, send me (and only me) a PM with the
time of the infraction and the replay and i shall determine what
card (if any) shall be given.

how exactly does one obtail a yellow card/ red card?

by breaking a rule (i.e. illegal substitution, kicking / banning
a player, etc)
read the rulebook for a full list of rules
