NEW SEASON 3 TEAM POSITION

For Season 3, each team will have a new managerial position,
called the Owner.
As of now, the GM is also the Owner.
Differences between GM and Owner:
Owner can hire and fire the GM
the Owner shall attend the GM meetings, not the GMs (it shall
now be called the Owner Meeting)
The Owner does not take up a spot on the Roster
The Owner does not play
(in other words, the Owner is like a non-playing GM)
The Owner is impeached if he fails to attend 3 Owner meetings
throughout a season
The Owner is called the Chairman on the team forums because
chairman sounds better imo
teams can change the name of it if they want
to change the name, send me a PM

I believe that the owner should be on the Division A roster
because he basically owns a team which can affiliate to Division
B. in other word Division A is the real team and Division B is
>minors.

the whole point of the Owner / Chairman position is so that you
can have a NON-PLAYING GM, so to speak

can have a NON-PLAYING GM, so to speak

no1 wants a fkn nonplaying GM if they wont get like an extra
draft pick or something i forgot what u get in SPHB when u have
a nonplaying GM.
theres no point in having the position if were not getting
anything back

stone55 wants to be a non-playing GM so he dosent take up a spot
on the roster (he would get a 4th keeper spot)

play then he is GM AND owner....
