       Important Season 3 Changes

       1. Player Defense Board
       When a player is voted by their DIVISIONAL General Managers, the
       Divisional Commissioner shall post in the thread:
       -the player to be suspended or banned
       -the suggested length of the ban (decided by the Divisional
       Commissioner)
       -the reason for the suspension of ban
       -the final vote count (51% is required for suspension, 75%
       required for ban)
       The player shall then have 48 hours to defend himself against
       the claim for suspension or ban. The HCD Commissioner shall then
       make a final ruling on the ban. Note that the ban cannot be
       lengthened in this process.
       2. Season 3 Schedule
       Each team shall play 12 games over 5 weeks.
       There shall be some nights in which a team does not play.
       During those nights, a scheduled friendly shall occur, in which
       a Division A team shall play a Division B team.
       No stats will be counted from those games, but a MR will be
       written
       3. Match Reports
       Every game, the Official is responsible for recording the game.
       The Official must then write and submit a completed Match Report
       by 5:00PM the next day. Failure to do so may result in
       suspension. Should the Official be unable to write the MR, he
       must send the replay to Lord of Fail with an explanation of why
       he cant write the Match Report.
       4. Offseason
       There shall be a 2-week offseason.
       The expansion playoff shall occur ASAP.
       During the offseason after the Expansion Playoff, the site will
       go into Maintenance Mode while the HCD Staff clean up the forum
       for Season 3 and move season 2 stuff into the Archives.
       5. Stats
       Week 4 stats will be done during the Offseason.
       Playoff stats shall be done separately.
       6. HCD Records
       Lord of Fail will be initiating a HCD Records project for Season
       3.
       This shall be a page in which individual and team records are
       shown (most goals, most wins, most PPG, etc)
