Draft Lottery

The team that wins the lottery moves up 2 places.
This is how it works: I roll a 20 sided die, with lower teams
getting more numbers.
Last place - 10 numbers: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
2nd to last - 6 numbers: 11,12,13,14,15,16
3rd to last - 3 numbers: 17,18,19
4th to last - 1 number: 20
CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS FINAL PLACEMENT FOR THE DRAFT!!!
LAST - CUBA CYCLONES
2ND TO LAST - SQUIRTLE SQUAD
3RD TO LAST - LOSER OF HCD WEST PLAY IN
4TH TO LAST: WINNER OF HCD WEST PLAY IN (UNLESS THAT TRAM WINS
THE CUP)
I WILL DO THE LOTTERY TODAY.

I ROLLED A 9.
CYCLONES GET 1ST OVERALL PICK IN THE DIVISION B DRAFT
EXPANSION TEAMS PLAY A PLAYOFF TO DETERMINE THEIR DIVISION AND
WHERE THE PLACE IN THE DRAFT - 5TH OR 6TH
FOR DIVISION A:
Cup winner: 5th pick
Runner up: 3rd to last
Other 2 teams are last and 2nd to last based on final points
draft lottery will be done for division A after the playoffs

expansion playoff will be released as soon as all 4 expansion
teams are confirmed
atm we have 3 expansion teams, with the GMs being Wazza Slap and
scottballa07.
