DISALLOWED GOAL - 3:11
At 3:11 of the First Half, the Mexican Rattlesnakes had a goal
disallowed in post-game review. This Goal was disallowed because
the game was, at the time, being played 3v2. Once Yigi was
lagging in the corner, the game should have been paused
IMMEDIATELY, and Yigi given 30 seconds to rejoin. Yigi DID
rejoin within those 30 seconds, and was then kicked in thought a
fake. This should not happen again, as the Official is expected
to PAUSE the game once a player is clearly lagging out OR goes
AFK.
FINAL VERDICT: NO GOAL

Red Card
At 1:30 of the Second Half, Squirtle Squad player Fresh left the
game room. In accordance with the HCD Rulebook Section 4 (Player
Conduct Policy) Article 1.7, the game should have been paused
for 30 seconds and if the player did not return, the half would
be finished 2v3. However, the game was not paused, and the
Squirtle Squad decided to illegally sub in a third player. The
League Commissioner has reviewed the play and has decided to
give the Squirtle Squad a Yellow Card. This is their second
Yellow Card, which means that they get a Red Card and a 1 point
deduction on the Standings. Upon making the illegal
substitution, the Official should have called the game. However,
because the Official failed to do so, all stats after the
infraction ARE COUNTED. No goals were added to the Mexican
Rattlesnakes credit, as they won in Regulation.
HCD Rulebook Section 4 (Player Conduct Policy) Article 1.7 goes
as follows:
[size=16pt]1.7 RAGEQUITTING
1.7.1 No player may ragequit a game.
1.7.1.1 Any player who leaves the game room while playing is
immediately considered to be ragequitting.
1.7.1.2 After leaving a room for whatever reason, a player has
30 SECONDS to rejoin.
1.7.1.2.1 Should he fail to do so, his team must play 2v3 for
the rest of the half AND the player who left will face
disciplinary action unless he has a valid reason for leaving.
1.7.1.2.2 A team is eligible to sub in a third player, if they
have one, at the next intermission.
1.7.1.2.3 If a team does not have 3 players at the beginning of
a half, the game shall end immediately, and the team who had 3
players shall be credited with a win. If the team that cannot
field 3 at the begging of a half was in the lead, the other team
will be credited with as many goals as necessary to be credited
with a win.[/size]

Number1 Boss, lets try not to kick anyone from the game no more,
the official has admin for a reason. Let him decide if hes a
fake or not you just stick too hosting
