       Match Replays - IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

       Due to recent confusion about Match Replays, I want to receive 2
       Replays per match; one from the Home Team and one from the Away
       Team.
       The GM should record.
       If the GM is absent, the AGM should record.
       If both the GM and AGM are absent, then the team should
       designate a Recorded for that game.
       Note that recording DOES NOT CAUSE ANY LAG
       Should a team not submit a Match Replay for ANY GAMES PLAYED by
       Tuesday each week (48 hours after they played their last game)
       they shall receive a Yellow Card for EACH REPLAY not sent in.
       A team can get up to 3 Yellow Cards per week - which values 2
       Red Cards.
       If a team already has a Yellow Card, they can get up to 3 Red
       Cards - which is 3 points off the standings.
       I will PM you Monday if I have not received your Replays for
       games (I will specify which games I have not received)
       Note that I do not care if the MR was written by someone other
       than me, I still want 2 Replays (STREAM DOES NOT COUNT).
       This Rule is in effect IMMEDIATELY (I will implement it for Week
       3)

       maybe put after week 1 or 2 stream is herby not to be used for
       recordings seeing as how we have some match reports already made
       from stream
