a) lof doesn't the winning team GM get a penalty for not
submitting a replay? and
b) I am 100% sure that this game WAS in that long replay, if you
didn't save it that's YOUR fault.

im not giving penalties this week because it is the first week
of the season and autism is rampant

so? it is still YOUR job to ask for it and then write the MR ...
i dont have time to write everybody's Match Reports, so im fine
with recording, but you have to ask me for the replay
