I never mentioned HBA. Why are you jumping to assumptions that
it had anything to do with HBA? This is HCD, not HBA. HBA
doesn't have affiliation, relegation, or promotion.
Never mind, read rulebook. The rulebook says it's affiliation,
but in reality, it isn't.

able to watch games of his affiliates if randoms can. 50 people
were in my room when I was hosting Wallabies vs CC. but Danial
can't watch his aff play? Seems legit.
