How? he was not your waiver, and he expressed interest in SS via
PM, why can you just sign him?

i offered a contract, and he did not accept any contract in
time, so he went into waivers.
I will check if the Toronto Raiders offered a contract because
if they did, then they get him.

I didn't see any waivers placed, when he signed up, it was in
the free to sign period
i have a pm he sent me asking to join my team if you want to see
it

I'm sure LOF stated that he had 24 hrs too choose a team because
we were about to go into the waiver system period, he didnt
choose a team so into the waiver he went,
