       How forfeits will work

       Teams can receive a yellow cards from not uploading replays, not
       doing MR's, or forfeit games
       Two yellow cards in 1 week will = a red card
       Forfeits from surplus of roster limit will recieve no penalties
       2 player show = no penalties
       1 player show = yellow card
       0 player show = yellow card
       2 yellow cards in 1 week = red card
       4 yellow cards in 1 week = another red card and etc
       once two yellow cards have been achieved you will receive those
       deducted points (2) plus the red card deducted points (2) so 4
       points in total will be at stake if you receive two yellow cards
       in 1 week,
