Retiring from Cyclones Management

[size=14pt]Effective immediately, I retire from playing in
league matches on any individual team. I feel that playing on a
team causes too much bias towards said team and it has the
potential to unfairly influence league standings. From now on, I
shall be solely the Commissioner and a 3rd party match official
(so if any games, especially division b) do not have an
official, PM me and i will officiate the match)
This will also allow me to spend more time on improving the
league rather than spending it in pregames or trying to find
teammates to play.
I have made this decision after much thought (about 2 season's
worth time i have been contemplating this idea) and have reached
the conclusion that it is best for the league and what it stands
for if I retire from play in order to not be biased or influence
the league in any manner that may be negative.
Vipurness shall be named new General Manager and danial shall be
his Assistant General Manager. There shall be no owner as the
owner position is being removed by unanimous consent of the
admins at the admin meeting earlier this season.
As well, I shall be absent for most of Season 6. I am leaving
for camp on June 21 and shall not return until July 23 unless I
get a 2 month contract in which case I shall return late august.
During that time blockade shall be the Interim Commissioner. I
shall be checking the forum every couple days from my phone's 3G
just to keep in touch with things.
In other news, the shall be an Admin Meeting sometime this week
where important league rules shall be discussed. Do not be
alarmed if changes are made - all changes made shall be upon
consensus of Lord of Fail (League Commissioner), alexa (Division
A Commissioner and Advertising Manager), blockade (Deputy
Commissioner and Interim Division B Commissioner) and
LimitedWard (League Code Manager)
Any changes decided upon by the admins shall be in effect for
Season 6. The Admins will be specifically be looking at the
rules for Waivers, Free Agency, Impeachment, and Yellow / Red
Cards - any suggestions / comments are welcome and should be
PM'd to any of the 4 people mentioned above.

Note: The name Cuba Cyclones has been declared heritage and may
not have its name or team color be changed or altered in any
way. The logo however may be changed upon submission of a better
one should one be made and voted upon by the members of the
team.

this is stupid imo, I know cyclones were an original 4 team
(from ssn 1) and you can ask kindly that noone change the name
but if the new gm wants to change the name and color he should
be able to.

haha too bad you don't actually have the power to cut people
from your div B affiliate.
Good job starting on a good note with the new agm of your div b
affiliate.

you cant just do that ... and next season there wont be any
chairmen :P
