Moving players up

To avoid more Division A forfeits, I think one player a day from
a Division A affiliate (from div B) should be able to play in
Div A (for their teams' affiliate) if they don't have 3 players.
I don't think vice versa should be allowed because >div a
playing div b but Division A should not have forfeits and I
think this rule will really help avoid future forfeits in
Division A.

that is allowed, it is called sending a player to the affiliate
note that no player may play 2 games in a night and there is a 7
day cooldown period between sending up / down
note that an exception can be made for playoff rosters, all
cooldowns are voided when making rosters to be locked for
playoffs.

my suggestion was if a div a team is missing players (has less
than 3 players) a div b player from their affiliate should be
able to play for them, thus making there be much fewer forfeits
and 3v2 matches.

that is what i am saying tool, but there are some conditions
that must be respected.
Those conditions are:
the player must have not played in div b earlier
they player must remain in div a for at least 7 days

This COMPLETELY destroys the point of the rule im suggesting,
and ur rule is autistic af. I'm suggesting, whether the player
has played in div b or not, should be able to play in div a AS
EMERGENCY BACKUP if their div a affiliate has less than 3.
Saying he has to stay in div a for 7 says completely demolishes
the whole point of the rule.
