Idea for when to do hcd cup

hcd cup is actually a good idea but we cant have it on regular
gamedays because 2 gamedays a week isnt enough.
Perhaps we could do it during the few weeks of SPHB offseason?

Don't no-life it. That would be at least two weeks worth of it,
that's basically all of the offseason.

what would be the problem of playing during the entire sphb
