Ok, since appraantly Cole cant do his job as Director of
Operations, we are going to have to find another solution.
As you all know, we have an incredible amount of designated
hosts, absolutely none
I want anybody who is willing to host to PM me by Thursday 5:00
PM so we can assign hosts to games.
I am sick and tired of receiving complaints or playing in games
plagued by a player who is lagging, essentially making it a 3v2.
If a game does not have a host, it shall be considered a 0-0
draw with both teams losing the match and the home team
receiving a yellow card.
It is the responsibility of the home team GM to PM the
divisional commissioner AND the league commissioner with who is
hosting. If the host is deemed to be bad (a player cant join or
pings are high), a new host shall be found by the home GM within
5 minutes or the match is forfeit due to no host
I do not like having to do this, but it has gotten to the point
that its ridiculous - teams are scrambling to find hosts
last-minute, and the host is rarely good, most players have high
pings. The game should not be biased by ping, it is unfair and
silly.
As well, the game must be started by 8:15 AT THE LATEST. Neither
team can stall for players past 8:15, they must use whoever they
have at that point.
Also, WHENEVER a player leaves or lags out, THE GAME MUST be
paused for 30 seconds or until the player who left / is clearly
lagging agrees to restart play, whichever comes first. Should
this not be done and a goal is scored within 30 seconds of the
player leaving or clearly lagging, THE GOAL SHALL NOT COUNT
Complaints on this manner should be made in the Match Report
Complaints board. Complains may be made by anybody, regardless
of team or position.
The League Commissioner shall review each case individually and
make a call that will be final and will stand without
opportunity for debate or rebuttal - the Commissioner's call
will stand.
Bottom Line: -HOSTS, PM me by Thursday 5:00 PM please so we can
get more organized.
-Matches MUST have a designated official (GM / HCD Staff).
Should the above rules not be followed, goals may be disallowed.
If it is deemed that the official is being biased, he shall be
impeached and suspended by the Commissioner.
-Complaints should be made in the Match Report Complaints board

I might be able to host next weekend if you need someone. I
can't do both streaming and hosting at the same time, though.

upon it being the responsibility of the home team
jaymar's host was NOT fine, Blazerz123 was lagging all over the
place.

There have been MANY instances over the past 3 seasons where I
had to play from my country house, lagged out every 10 seconds,
the game was NEVER paused, and you refused to re the game or
disallow any of the opposing teams goals.
But of course you decide to emphasize a rule once you realize it
would have helped YOUR team.

decent host here tons of exp will host only if necessary except
if sw is playing only team that lags brix in my room so bad it
messed with other's ping

game rooms should not be up at 8:05 after the home GM has spent
the last 15 minutes going "shitshitshitshit i need a host"
games should have assigned hosts with a game room up at 7:55 to
accommodate laggy players
