       5.1.5 Any team that can only field 1 player receives a Yellow
       Card.
       5.1.6 Any team that can only field 1 player receiver a Red Card.
       im sure here u mean field 0 players recieves a red card right,
       but tell me if im wrong if not a typo

       actually i just forgot to update those rules - its supposed to
       say "0 players is a yellow card"

       Perhaps we should set up a weekend to go through all the rules
       and make sure there aren't any conflicting ones.

       i tried doing that myself - i spent more than 2 hours going
       through the rulebook and it still isnt what it should be
       LW, i wouldnt mind going through the rulebook with you and the
       other admins (those who want), but i think the only way to fully
       update the rulebook is to make changes as we go to edit it to
       what it should be

       By what it "should be" you mean "anything that can possibly be
       in my favor?"
