       New Rules concerning Trades

       [size=14pt][b]Teams are now allowed to trade between Divisions.
       If teams trade picks, they are trading the pick in the round of
       whatever division they finish in, not the division they are
       currently in.
       Also note that trading with affiliates is not allowed.
       Trades with more than 2 teams are allowed (although they are
       complex)
       Example:
       Cuba Cyclones and Detroit Recession make a trade.
       Cyclones give a player and a 2nd round pick for a player and
       Detroit's 5th.
       If neither team gets relegated, CC obtains DR 5th round pick in
       the Div A draft and DR obtains CC 2nd round pick in the Div B
       draft (7th overall draft)
       If you are still confused, consider it like this: Each Division
       has a separate, 5 round draft. Each team has 5 picks in the
       draft of the division they finish in. If a pick was traded, that
       pick goes to the receiving team, regardless of division,
       promotion or relegation. Therefore, trading picks with teams in
       other divisions can be a gamble; if you obtain a pick from a Div
       B team, it can become a div a pick if they promote and if you
       obtain a pick from a div a team, it can be a div b pick if they
       get relegated.
       These rules are in effect immediately.
