Season 5 Game Night Changes

Changes For Game Nights in BOTH Divisions
Note: it is the responsibility of the away team to both record
AND do the MR, either via Match Reporter or Template (found in
GM forum)
Alright the time for Division B has not changed at all. It is
still 8 PM EST Game Nights. Although your opponent (both of the
teams) are in charge of getting a haxball room up and running
and communicating through PM. Think of this as SPHB Minors Game
Night. Exact same thing no differences at all. Division B will
not have any codewords this season as well.
Although, for Division A Game Times will be at 9 PM EST and I
repeat, 9 PM EST just an hour later.. Which I think is a good
change because many of the players in this league show up around
8:40 which is already late for their game but now they start at
9 so their should be no excuses. Their are no SPHB Major Games
on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and their are also no PHL
games at all. So no excuses to miss a 9 PM EST Game unless you
have a situation in real life to finish. All Division A General
Managers, it is your job to make sure you have your team ready
at 9. I Will PM your team the room link and password to the room
the same as the past seasons. There will be only one host but
their will be a streamer which will most likely be LimitedWard.
We are going to improve on our streaming and start to have
people support their affiliates, teammates, or friends.
Note: Division A is the only Division that will be asked to have
their codeword ready once you join the room. Your Codeword will
be PM'd to you either tomorrow or Sunday Afternoon. Remember
Games in both Divisions Begin on Sunday. Be sure to show up and
play the first game of Season 5!

im not planning on giving a team 30 mins to join the room im
only giving them 10 mins if not then forfeit loss for them

If there are not going to be codewords for division B, I would
suggest to at least do the following:
-PM the entire team the link to the game room and password and
for no one to post it in the pregame, because it is possible
that people would figure out the password to other team's pres.
So if there is a merc in the pregame, this way the merc would
not be able to join the game room.
-Change the password between games. to change the password I
think you type /set_password (insert new pass here.) This would
avoid players from a team that previously played in that room to
rejoin under a different name.
Also perhaps div a hosts could host for div b since they're now
at different times.

your first 2 suggestions is what suppose to happen.. its like
SPHB minors cmoon guys lol
and ur last suggestion with Div A hosting for Div B ya that
barely wont happen unless theirs a really polite host for Div A
that likes Div B. Which is most likely no.

maybe Cal? And I only suggested this because I don't know how
many div b hosts we have. I know Kentucky can't host anymore
because his computer died.
