Changes Concerning Match Reports and Substitutions

Every MR shall now contain player ratings for each player who
played from 1-10 (10 being the best, 1 being the worst)
Also, each game shall have a Man of the Match given out.
Half Time Substitutions shall now count towards the limit of 2
per game (per team)

ratings are no longer included in the match reporter
man of the match is still in though
