       Neither team was able to field 3 players, so the match was
       called a draw according to the HCD Rulebook Section 5: Games.

       I feel like that draw rule doesn't make much sense. Teams could
       abuse that rule to gain an edge against their opponents. Maybe
       if both teams are unable to field 3 players (without reason)
       then they should both lose a point or two.

       the draw rule shall be removed during the offseason.
       next season, if both teams cannot field 3 players, they both
       lose the game and get 0 points (unless a team has 0 players)

       I think we should allow 3v2 again this way there will be much
       fewer forfeits.  Definitely keep the mercy rule tho lol
