waivers are being put into effect tonight at 12:00. All free
agents who posted FA threads then have 24 hours to choose a team
or they are put in waivers.
If a player is not signed in waivers, teams have 24 hours to
place offers (from the time that a first offer is placed). All
offers made more that 24 hours after the first contract is
offered will be rejected. The player can take as long as he
likes to choose a team.
