       Should we have overtime or draws?

       should we keep the same OT format or should we have draws in
       season 5?
       a draw would be if the score is tied after regulation, then each
       team gets 1 point in a draw
       playoffs would use OT because you cant have draws in playoffs,
       so this poll is only for regular season
