New HCD Deputy Commissioner

As i am in charge this week ill start making management changes
as soon as possible. First i would like to relieve Slap of his
Deputy Commissioner Title as he has been inactive for more than
a Season and thats unacceptable. Next i will give the title to
Alexa who has showed loyalty Commitment and enduring autism
while on the HCD Staff. Alexa can appoint a different Division A
Commissioner if she wants but the Deputy Division A Commissioner
who was Apple will now be the Division A Commissioner

If you want you could add in volunteers "Match Reporter" and put
me there. I don't really do much as DoO so perhaps I could help
out with that also

not that i never wanted it
i think im running div a smoothly no problems so..i mean unless
i do the same things i do now with dep commish im ok with it
maybe a little work with div b too yeah im ok with it
