       Concerning Waivers

       Effective Immediately, ALL players who make FA threads MUST
       specify whether they are allowing div b to sign them immediately
       or if they want their first waiver run to be division a
       exclusive.
       Example:
       FA: Lord of Fail
       *FA stuff*
       I want my first waiver run to be Division A exclusive
       OR
       I do not want my first waiver run to be Division A exclusive
       (any team can place a waiver)

       Division: Both or Div A only or Div B only

       same thing - they dont have to say those exact words, most ppl
       will say "no div b scrubs" or "any1 can place waiver fa0ts"
