       Yellow / Red Cards

       A Yellow Card is given to a team for:
       -Not submitting their match reports by Sunday 11:59 PM
       -Forfeiting a Game with only 1 player showing up
       A team receives a Second Yellow if they:
       do not write the Match Report by Monday 11:59 PM
       A team receives a Red Card if they:
       Forfeit a Game and have 0 players show up
       Note that I may give out Yellow and Red Cards for other
       infractions as I see fit.
