No. Penguin Pride has not signed him because PP didn't wait 48
hours to claim on waivers. PP must post again t confirm if they
still want him since now it's 48 hours.

1.2 Once a thread is made, only Division A teams can place a
claim for the player's first waiver run.
1.3 If no division a team places a claim before the first waiver
is run on the player, any team may place a waiver.
1.9 All Waiver threads must be made before 9:00 PM to be
considered legal
1.10 If a Waiver thread is made after 9:00 PM, waivers will not
be run on the player that night
those rules were changed as too many players were making FA
threads between 6:00 and 9:00, thus elongating the signing
process. 3 hours is a reasonable time for GMs to see the FA post
and place waivers on the player.
PP legally sign DRF.

Really, let alexa manage the bot.
I understand you just want to help, but the bot is alexa's job.
Instead of being the bot, you can edit the standings nightly;
nobody is doing that atm (ive been doing it despite the fact
that i dont want to - i only did it because no one else was)

lol i dont do stats untill that Day's MR's are in, so once all
of Day 1's MR's are in ill do that days stats
and i dont skip ahead a day if that days mr's are in, only
throws me off
