       no, they do not get the first waiver
       rather, they do get 1 free FA without using waivers
       they simply put a post in a FA thread saying "Free FA Claim
       Used", and the player will be placed on their roster immediately
       As for the suspension length, it is pending approval from the
       other admins and may be elongated. It will be discussed at the
       next GM meeting. The current suspension only runs through Week 1
       but he will probably be suspended for all league games until
       week 3 or 4 (HCD Cup games DO NOT count towards league games; he
       is eligible to play in HCD Cup even if he is still suspended
       from regular league games)
