Home For A Few Hours (April Read)

With being on the road for a couple days being able to get back
closer to home helps with a lot of things goin on even if it is
for just one night then on the road again for a couple more
nights. Joe finally lands back close to home and drives to
Tyler's knocking being let in and visits him a little bit
before finding out where April was and goes to where shes at
walking in and stands.
Joe: Talk about having it made. I would say your close to
having it made pretty good.
He laughs a little bit and finally sits and kinda looks at the
tv for a few seconds before turning to her.
Joe: Listen .. I know already ive made a few mistakes in this
whole thing I aint perfect ive done a lot of thinking for a few
days and the past couple being away from here. I aint perfect I
aint the same guy you first met or got with well sorta the same
but its easy to hide who I really am you know I love the party
life and drinkin with the boys. I cant change that ive tried but
I can settle it down a bit in which I have. But I wish things
could be different the way you would want them to be. Ive tried
to be around and I will be as much as possible I promise you
that. I also know there was one night I wasn't there and you
knew it I know you did and you knew the reason why. I did get
drunk that night but I came back the next day. I cant take that
back but I can say im sorry for doing so and hopefully you
believe me.
He looks away a second and then turns back.
Joe: What sucks big time is everyone else who gets married
starts off smooth no problems no nothing its easy goin and
smooth yet theres a group that start rough unfortunately cause
of me and yeah I still take blame from the very first night of
getting married fighting the same night most of the night. I
made it start out rough I don't know why I guess that's how I
am. But its cool knowing your doing better I wouldn't be
anywhere else at the time I don't have a choice with this trip
but since the shows closer tonight thought I would stop by and
see family and see how you was doing. Glad your still around
cause I would be going crazy trust me I did out there unless
they already said something just ask those who were there. But
on a up note things seem to be going good so far which is good
for you and im glad it is. Im gonna be here for awhile before
the show and then home after don't have to do the last shows
until tomorrow which I gotta leave early in the morning to
get to. Then home Saturday for a week before the big show. So
then if theres something you wanna do im game for it.
He smiles
Joe: Theres time if you wanna go do something or feel like
doing anything I got plenty of time to hang out do whatever
you wanna do while im around. All you gotta do is tell me and
it can be done. Or whatevers on your mind and wanna talk about
is cool as well.
