       This just in that Ashley Daniels-Walker has filed paperwork to
       strip April Janette Mendez aka AJ Lee custody of her daughter
       Madison Daniels that she shares with her brother Jacob. Sources
       say that Ashley was with a high ranking lawyer that is real good
       with family court issues that Ashley is doing this in the
       wariness of her niece Madison Daniels

       It is said that Ashley has to report to Court today. She has her
       case all prepared and ready to go. The word is that she had a
       chance to win this case and her family is moving in with her
       brother so he can be closer to his daughter. Word also has it
       that AJ will have visitation rights and time with her daughter.
       But Ashley will be the guardian of Madison.
