April looks at AJ.
April: I will be out there. But yes, I do like Joe. He is
different. He said he wasn't gonna push it and I appreciate it.
And I am enjoying getting to know him and the more I am... the
more I am falling for him. Who knows... it could happen soon.
But right now... I am soaking up knowledge on him.
She gets up and gets a soda and then follows AJ out. She goes
over to Alex and Trina to congratulate them on the babies. She
then looks over at Joe and smiles and walks over to him.
April: Feel better? I hope I didn't say anything wrong. I told
AJ... I do like you and right now... I am soaking up knowledge.
The more I learn... The harder I fall..

Joe: Your fine ok.. Your fine. I had to get air that's all.
Nothing was said wrong nothing was put out there to be taken
wrong I just needed air. As for knowin me I aint hard to know
or learn about. I meant it I aint pushing anything with you. Im
not that kinda guy if you want it youll tell me if not its fine
im cool either way im use to being on my own so its cool
either way. Im not gonna hate either way cause it aint me
these guys know how and who I am. I aint gonna fight with you
about it I mean its your choice in the end. Either way you
think about its all good. And for fallin I didn't say anything
about that happening that's yourself letting you do that. Im
just me and im good just had to get air that's all.
He looks back at the others trying to relax.
Joe: See the thing is im not like the rest these guys can back
me up they know me. I don't fall to easy I don't rush things
use to at one time but I don't now because ive learned I aint
mad or upset when I get mad it aint the best thing to be
around me when I am. You take your time like i said its cool
with me take as much time as you need i don't mind. I mean its
your choice for your life either way im still gonna think the
same way your a great girl any guy would be lucky. Your
different than most some guys like that some don't but its all
cool when you see past the typical guy mind set about women. I
think different than any of the rest of the guys alive it aint
about bragging rights or who can get who to go the distance
and leave em behind that aint me. Im about real things i
don't have time to play the high school boy bull**** with
women im more real than some might think.
He reaches over getting his drink.
Joe: So does anyone want anything else i can go get it or get
up and get it. Might be some good movies on or something in
fact hold that thought might have a couple in the car.
He gets up walking out to his car grabbing a few movies and
stands a minute before walking back in and hands them to Trina
sitting back down and looks at April.
Joe: Here you have the chair im gonna take the floor more
room anyway and just in case i pass out or something so go
ahead and take it.
He gets his jacket and rolls it up layin on the floor.
Joe: Nobody wanted anything did they. Cause im not getting up
now

Corina shakes her head.
Corina: Get off that floor. No you two are taking the sofa. NOW!
April looks at Joe and then Corina:
April: I don't think she is giving us a choice.
She walks over to sit where Corina had ordered and looks at Joe.
Corina: Joe... Your next. Get up there.
She crosses her arms looking crossly at him. AJ starts to say
something but she gives him the don't you dare look.

Joe stays where hes at for a minute and then turns his head
looking at her.
Joe: For one im comfortable here and for two what are you my
mom all of a sudden? AJ Might have learned to shut up to you
but I wont. Im fine here nothings going on. Im comfortable
here theres more room down here in case I do pass out or
something. Im fine mom really ..
He laughs a little and looks at her not moving.
AJ: She will make you get up Joe trust me ive seen her in
action..
Joe: With your kids not with me. Im not a kid ill be right here
its fine. People can still talk to me I don't care.
He looks back at Corina a second before looking at April then
back at her
Joe: What are you doing anyway? I think were all good and you go
in mom mode with us. Whats your deal?

Alex Styles get up there Joe, you know you want to sit next to
her, so quit being a pansy and grow a set
Corina and AJ laugh as Joe starts to speak

Joe: There happy but im still sitting where I want to. Fine
so I dont get a lecture from mom there or from a wimpy pee wee
herman fan.
He walks over and sits stayin in the corner and looks at them
leaving some space
Joe: There you all happy now?
He looks at Alex then at Corina
Joe: Stop lookin at me like that AJ might get jealous. What
lecture am I gonna get now from you mom I listened should be
happy about that. Im gonna start callin you mom that's all
there is to it
He laughs again

Joe: Im actually being nice and gonna shut up on that biting
thing. Not easy to shut up but ill try my best. But since it
aint easy might as well say I wish someone would do something to

He looks at Corina a second. Then turns back
Joe: So what now? You tell me what you wanna do.
AJ: No making out no one wants to see it

Joe has his head back against the couch with his eyes closed
and laughs as AJ looks at them.
AJ: Yeah but she don't like me either she wouldn't let me
say anything when she told you two to get up and sit.
He laughs
AJ: And besides youll want me to be around when he starts
hittin on ya cause hes tired enough and his mind goes in
different directions. Trust me youll want me around.
