       Butter Pecan Cake

       This was OK.  Not too sweet, which is good, and loaded with
       nuts.  Maybe just a little heavy.  But that might have been the
       nuts.
       I also didn't make the icing as described.  I used my standard
       of one 8 OZ block of cream cheese, one stick of butter and one
       pound box of powdered sugar; no vanilla or lemon juice.

       It was very good with salted caramel ice cream.
