Tis the season. Love all the fresh produce.
If you ask me, Georgia has nothin' on Virginia peaches.

Tonight is lazy Tachas night, so it was pizza from the local mom
& pop pizzeria and a Bavarian cream filled long john because I
don't feel like eating healthfully this evening.
I am going to pay for this decision later....

Grilled steak, grilled shrimp with lemon butter, potato salad
with mustard vinaigrette, green salad, cookies, honeydew. And
best of all, guests we hadn't seen for over two years.

Lazy dinner here, but pretty good.
On sheet pans, a couple of cut up yellow potatoes, 4 chunked
carrots, a red pepper and a green pepper (chopped) and 4
       andouille sausages.
Just olive oil, course sea salt and ground pepper on the
vegetables. One sausage leftover that I will likely chop into
       scrambled eggs this weekend.
       Also, wine. Of course.
I would have made salad but we had a boatload of salad at lunch.
And while my garden is going gangbusters we had to take a break
from chard and tomatoes. We are a family of 2 and I am
harvesting about a dozen tomatoes a day here. My freezer is
       almost full...
I joked to my SIL that I should have planted wine.

I made this the other night for Rick and I. Apart from spilling
half the mango sauce all over the kitchen floor by accident, it
was pretty tasty. I added some frozen peas to the risotto
       because green vegetables = virtuous
  HTML https://www.cookingchanneltv.com/recipes/robert-irvine/seared-mahi-mahi-with-saffron-risotto-and-mango-sauce-1946799
The kids got frozen processed food because it was the first day
of school and they get to have a completely non-virtuous dinner.
