We had panzanella tonight — same cast of character as last
night, plus roasted corn and basil. ((All the tomatoes))

Grilled chicken (see my lemon/herb marinade in "grill me"),
some sort of salad and those Smitten Kitchen frozen watermelon
mojitos.

Red quinoa bowl with marinated pan-fried tofu (marinade =
Yellowbird "sriracha", Tamari sauce, olive oil, nutritional
yeast, and a tiny bit of maple syrup), chili lime roasted sweet
potatoes, sweet corn, sauteed baby spinach, toasted sunflower
seeds, and black sesame seeds. Ginger beer.

I'm thinking tonight might be Chinese takeout...
Yep. Singapore noodles for me, Orange flavor beef for her.
Enjoyed while watching Daikaiju-TV's weekend OMGodzilla Weekend
marathon on Twitch (Twoku, technically, which is the unofficial
twitch channel on Roku).

Trying a new recipe tonight and because it's Bobby Flay it has
at least 2 ingredients that are hard to find.
HTML https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/barbecued-mahi-mahi-with-yellow-pepper-cilantro-pesto-recipe-1945656
Reviewers rave about this pesto so I really want to get it
right. We are roasting or air frying some chicken thighs for the
kids - if there are leftovers I'm going to dip it in the pesto!
I'm thinking rice to go with the fish. Or maybe grilling corn
and doing something with that? The kids will eat corn but for
some reason they hate rice. Lame.
