this week but this low cal soup tasted really good. It takes a
ton of veggies and is a lot of work but it is probably the
healthiest thing I have ever eaten. I know, low bar but still.

That looks great! I’ll save it for this winter when I make soups
for my lunch.
[/quote]I don't like cauliflower but this totally hides the
taste. I also added some spinach as one commenter suggested.

I am sorry to report that I make almost nothing that admits to
being a ton of work. But if you make me some I will be
delighted to eat the heck out of it.
Today I brought a sandwich of leftover venison backstrap sliced
extra thin with pickles, cheese and gochujang mayo. I tried to
wait until at least 11AM to eat it, but alas, I failed.

My Mom gave me a bunch of tomatoes from her garden this weekend
so I am making this for dinner:

This blogger/influencer selects a recipe each month and if you
post it to her social and tag her you are entered to win a new
set of All Clad.
Do I need new pots and pans? No. Do I have the storage for them?
Also no.

That's okay! I'll happily take them off your hands for you! As a
favor!

P.S. It's taco salad here tonight, but I am suddenly craving
tomato confit cacio e pepe. That looks divine.

Oooooo I love taco salad.
Dinners are tough here, my kids are pretty much done by then.
They will probably eat plain noodles with parm and I will eat
the rest of this for lunch all week.

Here's a vote for everyone: boneless, skinless chicken breasts
or boneless, skinless chicken thighs?
I love a chicken thigh but one of my coworkers said they are
"too gamey". To me they are just more tender and satisfying than
a chicken breast. You can't really dry it out.
I'm making this recipe tonight with thighs on the grill:
HTML https://www.skinnytaste.com/cilantro-lime-chicken-breast/
With corn on the cob and some frozen potato thing I found at
Trader Joe's. I am so bad at the impulse buys in that store.

When grilling I choose boneless thighs every time. Usually
skinless too so I don't set the entire grill on fire with the
rendered fat. Cilantro-lime is a classic, I approve! Gamey,
schmamey, your co-worker is incorrect!
The main thing I use boneless breasts for is chicken cutlets.
Thighs are fine for this too but breasts portion up into lovely
neat slices and thighs do not.
I'm making this:
HTML https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/caramelized-black-pepper-chicken
Served over cauliflower rice because, carbs. Wah.

I'm pretty much a "white meat only" kind of woman when it comes
to poultry, so you should take my vote for breasts with a grain
of salt.

Ani, what kinds of food do you like? Your palette seems, well,
more refined than mine I guess.
